I have always been inspired by the aesthetic side of gaming. Playing on well constructed terrain using excellently painted units is always a joy.
Continuing wit the loft clearance prior to the onslaught of the electricians. Found a book; "The Campaign of 1882 in Egypt" by Col. J.F. Maurice (Pbk, good condition. Want it? (Gratis of course!)
Dave Gerry Elliott pointed me in your direction on the basis That you seem to be interested in the same periods/scales as myself and I believe are not too far away from each other? I live in Darlington and like you am determined to get more games in this year. We always need players, and would be happy to get involved in anything you are doing if there is space. David Lambert
