I’ve been having a few issues with painting with an eye issue recently but it seems to be on the mend so I have been able to do a few larger figures.
The figures are from the Copplestone Back of Beyond ranges
These two are from the heroines pack .
The flag was from an internet search on early Bolo flags
For uniform green I went with Vallejo Brown Violet with a bit of Khaki added for the highlights
I have another 40 or so figures to do , including some mounted ones and a field artillery piece
On a plus note I have been able to give the paint stations a good clean out which will also help productivity.

Great stuff, I will enjoy following your progress on these as RCW/BOB is one of my favourite periods and I have two versions of these figures in my own collection!

DeleteMy painting desk goes from neat to cluttered until I finally get fed up with it, or need more space for something I've primed (usually buildings). Then, I do a flurry of tidying up. From that point, the clutter slowly accumulates till...well, you know the rest!
ReplyDeleteThat is it exactly !
DeleteA great start to your innings mate!
